Radiant Communications Limited (R C L) is a licensed Internet Service Provider (ISP) approved by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC). Radiant Communications Limited (R C L) was established in 2005 to market the IP backbone connectivity based on satellite.


Right now, we incorporated the IP-Interconnectivity service using Submarine cable backbone and ITC Provider. Headquartered in Banani, Dhaka, R C L serves the metropolitan customer base with representative country-wide offices in Bangladesh. Supported by a management team of highly skilled and experienced professionals, RCL offers a wide range of services, including IP transit based on ITC and Sub-marine cable, Fiber optics-based services and solutions as well as IPLC international connectivity.
